How can I update my payment/account information?
You can update your payment information, address, and other account details by clicking ‘My Account’ within the Welcome page of the membership area.
How is the program going to be delivered?
All of the Origin™ membership materials will live right here in our membership area. You’ll also receive email reminders letting you know when LIVE coaching calls and virtual events are happening and when new materials are added to the membership area. You’ll also be able to use Origin™’s private Facebook Community, the main way to engage and ask questions with other members, including Kate.
How can I access the Facebook Group?
When are the live events and coaching sessions offered throughout the month? Are they live or pre-recorded?
The monthly call schedule can be found on the welcome page within your program area as well as within the Origin program calendar. The Body First, Nervous System Healing, Do Less Download and Group Coaching calls will be recorded each month. The co-working, Cross Pollination Loveseats, and connections calls will not be recorded.
How will I be able to access the Live Coaching replays?
All recorded content replays will be published to the “What’s New” section of the program area, and can also be accessed via the left hand menu under “Monthly Content”
How do I download a PDF?

When can I expect my monthly payments to be billed?
Your first payment for Origin™ is processed on the day of enrollment, and payments are billed every 30 days thereafter.
What happens if my credit card is declined one month?
If your credit card happens to be declined, we’ll email you a reminder to update your payment information, or you can reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If I want a refund, how do I get one?
You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will not be billed again. However, a cancellation does not refund the previous month’s charges as your membership content has already been delivered to you. Please note: once you’ve cancelled your membership, you will no longer have access to the membership portal and you will be removed from the Facebook group.
What if I need to suspend my membership?
You may pause your membership at any time for a reduced membership fee of $15 per month. While you will no longer have access to the member’s area or Facebook community, your original membership fee amount will be frozen until you are ready to return. If you were to cancel fully and return at a later date, you would be subject to pay the current cost of membership.
How can I cancel my membership?

How can I become an Origin™ affiliate?
At this time our affiliate team is a small, handpicked group, but we plan on creating broader opportunities to become an affiliate in the future. You’ll hear from us as soon as we’re ready to onboard new affiliates!
