Day 9: A whole lotta nothin’
I want to pause and say that you’re doing so great. The fact that you’re still with me nine days in is remarkable. Doing less is not for the faint of heart, and you’re a total rockstar revolutionary!
This wouldn’t be the Do Less Experiment if we didn’t have a day where our experiment was to do nothing.
I once had a coach who gave me the assignment to do nothing for an hour a week. I wasn’t allowed to meditate, listen to music, do visualization, or anything. I had to sit in a room and do nothing for an hour.
It was torture.
Luckily, this is not the experiment today because I don’t want to do it again, it was so awful!
But, we’re going to take the flavor of that and dial it down to something that, at least for me, feels way better.
